The temperature inside quenching line is controlled by intelligent temperature control meter&two double silicon，which can control the temperature exactly so it improves the quality of the products. Cooling the quenching medium by high temperature circulating oil pump and plate heat exchanger and controlling the max and min temperature of quenching medium by intelligent temperature-controlled meter,the quenching line cools fast and every areas are the same temperature.This can keep the temperature in the suitable range,which makes sure the quality of quenching products.

Special structure of resistance wire,it will not affect the capacity when changed the bottom resistance wire.

This quenching line is continuous，with high production efficiency and energy saving.Compared with trolley bottom type resistance furnace，it can save energy 30%-50%.
