Grinding Ball Casting Mold

Grinding ball casting mold is manual way to produce grinding balls. It is more suitable for the capacity below 3000 tons of grinding ball manufacturers.

The material of grinding ball casting mold is HT 250, which can bear with higher temperature. Each pair of grinding ball casting mold has top mold and bottom mold with pattern. The function of pattern is to form a slight sand layer for pouring gate. In pouring, the molten liquid directly connect with ball core to gain chilling process. The formed grinding balls are finer.

It can produce grinding balls from diameter 40 mm to 150 mm.

The advantage of grinding ball casting mold is easy operation, high efficiency, long using life and better quality of balls.
