What key factors do the workers should notice during the process:

1. Heating mold is very necessary during the first time. If without heating mold, the mold may be broken at first time using.

2. acetylene or special painting to coated on the surface of ball cores. It’s better to do this protection every day.

3. Molding sand first before finish one day jobs. The worker can continue pouring the next day.

4. If the mold is not be used for long time. We will heat the mold again.
