This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage of cast chromium alloy grinding balls for the building materials industry.

This standard is applicable to chromium alloy cast grinding balls (hereinafter referred to as cast balls) used in building materials industry, and other cast balls used in industry can also be referred to.

The terms in the following documents become the terms of this standard by reference. All subsequent amendments (excluding errata) or revisions to dated references shall not apply to this standard. However, parties that reach agreement under this standard are encouraged to explore the possibility of using the latest versions of these documents.

The latest edition of any undated reference document shall be applicable to this standard.
