High chromium balls with different chromium content should be quenched in the corresponding way. There are three common quenching methods for high chromium casting balls, oil quenching, liquid quenching and wind quenching. After quenching of high chromium casting ball, the steel ball is brittle and easy to crack. Accurate and timely tempering can eliminate the internal stress of the steel ball, improve toughness, and maintain high hardness, so that the steel ball is resistant to impact and fatigue, and the crushing rate is greatly reduced.
